Privacy and Security

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This page is the practical, no-jargon companion to our Privacy Policy: what we do to keep your credit information safe, who is allowed to see it, and what you should do if something looks wrong.

The short version

Your credit details are used to fix your credit. That is it. They are not sold, not advertised against, and not visible to the public.

How your information travels

Every page on this site loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so the answers you type into the audit are encrypted between your device and us. We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, or passwords, so there is nothing on this form worth intercepting beyond your contact details.

Who can see it

Your audit lands in a private database that is not open to the public and cannot be browsed by visitors. Access is limited to Fintruvi staff who need it to work your file, and each role only reaches the records it needs. Partners, affiliates, and anyone who simply asks are never given your details.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
  • We do not publish testimonials with your name, scores, or report images without your permission.
  • We do not keep your data running through third-party tools that have no business reason to hold it.

Your part

Use your own contact details, and only submit an audit for yourself or with the person's clear permission. If you ever notice a message from us that looks suspicious, do not click it — tell us and we will check it.

If something goes wrong

If we ever identify a genuine incident affecting your information, we investigate, fix the cause, and contact the people affected with what happened and what we are doing about it.

Report a concern

Spotted something that does not look right, or want your records checked, corrected, or deleted? Email support@fintruvi.com and a person — not an automated reply — will follow up.
