Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
You are about to tell us things you do not tell many people. This page explains exactly what we collect from your free credit audit, what we do with it, who can see it, and how you get it back or have it removed.
What we collect
When you request a free credit audit, we keep what you type into the questionnaire:
- Your first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- What you want to do with excellent credit (a home, a car, lower bills, a job, an apartment, or your business).
- Which negative items you want removed, your current credit rating, and how urgent your situation is.
- Whether you are ready to invest in fixing your credit, and whether you agree to a three-bureau report pull before your call.
If you send a partner inquiry, we keep the name, email, phone, the kind of partner you are, and the message you wrote.
Your browser also stores a small note locally so we do not show you the same reminder twice. This site never asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, or passwords.
How we use it
We use your answers to prepare for your call, decide which disputes make sense for you, and stay in touch by phone, text or email about your credit. Partner details are used only to reply to your inquiry and set up next steps.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not send marketing that has nothing to do with your credit. We never publish your name, contact details, or report information anywhere publicly.
Who we share it with
Only the people and companies that help us run this service: the team that hosts this site and stores your audit, the phone and email services that deliver our messages, and — only after you agree — the credit reporting services we use to obtain your three-bureau report. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How we protect it
This page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and your answers go into a private database that is not open to the public. Access is limited to Fintruvi staff who need it to work on your file, and each person only sees what their role requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can stop calls or texts by replying STOP to a message or emailing us. Declining the report pull, or asking us to delete your details, simply means we cannot prepare your audit — nothing else changes.
How long we keep it
We keep an audit or partner inquiry while we are working with you, then keep a basic record for our own files. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from the working database and keep only what the law requires us to retain.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and its "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted on the site.
