Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Plain-language rules for using this site and requesting a free credit audit: what we do for you, what we need from you, and what nobody — including us — can honestly promise.
Accepting these terms
By using this site, requesting a free credit audit, or sending us a partner inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Fintruvi is
Fintruvi LLC is a credit repair company. We dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, and outdated items on your credit report and coach you on rebuilding. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Only a licensed attorney can give you legal advice, and only a licensed professional can give you advice tailored to your finances.
No promises about results
Credit repair is a process, not a guarantee. No one can promise that an item will be removed, that your score will rise by a certain amount, or that a loan, apartment, or job will be approved. Anything on this page — including score changes shown in client reports — is an example of what happened in specific cases, not a prediction of what will happen in yours.
Anyone who guarantees removals or a specific score is breaking federal law. We will never do that.
What you agree to when you request an audit
- The details you give us are true and belong to you.
- You are the person whose credit report we will review.
- If you tick the report-agreement step, you authorize us to obtain your three-bureau credit report so we can prepare your plan.
- You will tell us quickly if your contact details, income, or situation change.
Nothing is charged on this site
The free credit audit costs nothing, and no payment is taken here. If you decide to work with us, fees, timing, cancellation rights, and everything else are put in writing in a separate written agreement before you pay anything.
What you must not do
- Give us false, invented, or borrowed information, or ask us to dispute something you know is accurate and timely.
- Pretend to be someone else, or submit an audit for a person who has not authorized you.
- Use this site to send automated, bulk, or abusive submissions, or to copy its content and design.
Your information
We handle what you submit under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us documents you are not comfortable sharing, and never send passwords or PINs.

We are not responsible for the credit bureaus, lenders, or other companies we deal with, or for their decisions about your file or your applications.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. The version on this page is the one in force when you use the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fintruvi LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
